From 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM, ExpandShare experienced an outage on our Titan Web Server that affected several services in our application and website at http://app.expandshare.com. Our infrastructure team determined the root cause of the issue was an NGINX server and rebooted it to resolve the problem. Our team is investigating this issue and will look at upgrading NGINX to prevent future incidences from occurring.
